Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy

Studio credits

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been used to generate boards, the used portion is non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@modernkitchen.shop with your order details.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again afterwards. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period unless required by law.

Kitchen supplies — shipping

• We ship ordinary kitchen supplies within the United Kingdom.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days; delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
• Shipping costs and any timescales are shown before you confirm an order.

Kitchen supplies — returns

Under UK consumer law you may return unused supplies within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be in their original, resaleable condition. Email support@modernkitchen.shop to start a return and we will share the return address and next steps.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a supply arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment arrangement once online checkout is live. While secure checkout is reviewed before launch, our team will confirm the refund method with you by email.
